Instructions

The Health/PAC Digital Archive is designed to be intuitive and easy to use.  (That said, we really welcome suggestions for improving visitor experience, so send them along via our Contact Page!)

Currently, there are three main ways to view the Bulletins.  You can 1) browse by Health/PAC era, 2) browse by individual year, or 3) perform a full-text search of the entire collection.  For the first two options, simply move your mouse to the upper-right of the screen, then click the drop-down menu and make the appropriate selection.

If you want to perform a full-text search, look to the right-side of the screen and type in a query in the empty box above the search button.  You can type places, agencies, names of authors and figures, legislation, and anything else that might have appeared in the Bulletin.

Viewing/Printing Options

Each issue has an individual page containing an embedded version of a full Bulletin, viewable online.  You can also download Bulletins to your computer using the download links on the page. This will allow you to view off-line and print.  In order to do this, you must have a program for viewing PDFs.  We recommend Adobe Acrobat Reader, available free here.

Ideal Viewing

For best results, if viewing on a desktop or laptop computer, maximize your window to full-screen.

If viewing on a tablet, orient your device horizontally.
